Terms of Service

These terms govern the use of MANGO, a product operated by Nextalentsolutions ("we", "us"), by businesses that use MANGO to manage customer bookings ("business customers", "you"). By using MANGO, you agree to these terms.

1. The service

MANGO is a WhatsApp-based AI receptionist that answers customer enquiries, checks availability, and creates, reschedules or cancels appointments on behalf of a business, based on the information and rules the business provides.

2. Your account and responsibilities

  • You're responsible for the accuracy of the business information you provide, including services, staff, hours and policies
  • You're responsible for maintaining access to any connected accounts, such as Google Calendar and your WhatsApp Business number
  • You agree to use MANGO in line with the acceptable use terms below, and with applicable law

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use MANGO to send unsolicited messages, to misrepresent your business to customers, or to attempt to interfere with the normal operation of the service.

4. Third-party services

MANGO connects to third-party platforms, including the WhatsApp Business Platform and Google Calendar, to operate. Your use of MANGO is also subject to the terms of those platforms. We're not responsible for outages or changes made by third-party providers that affect MANGO's functionality.

5. Fees

Pricing and payment terms, where applicable, will be agreed directly with your business before service begins. MANGO does not currently publish fixed public pricing.

6. Availability

We aim to keep MANGO reliable and responsive, but the service is provided without guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We'll make reasonable efforts to notify business customers of planned maintenance or known issues.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nextalentsolutions is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of MANGO, including missed or incorrectly handled appointments resulting from inaccurate business information, third-party outages, or customer error.

8. Termination

Either party may stop using or providing the service at any time. We may suspend access if these terms are breached or if use of the service creates risk to MANGO, its users, or third parties.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as MANGO's features change. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
