This policy explains what information MANGO collects, how it's used, and the choices available to businesses and their customers. MANGO is a product of Nextalentsolutions, based in Ireland.

1. Who this applies to

This policy covers two groups: the businesses that use MANGO to manage their appointments (business customers), and the people who message those businesses through WhatsApp (end customers).

2. Information we collect

From business customers, we collect account details, business information such as services, staff, opening hours and policies, and calendar access needed to check and manage availability.

From end customers, we process the content of WhatsApp messages exchanged with a business's MANGO assistant, such as appointment requests, preferred times, and basic contact details needed to complete a booking.

3. How we use information

To operate the WhatsApp conversation and respond to enquiries accurately
To check live availability and create, move or cancel appointments
To keep a connected Google Calendar in sync with bookings
To maintain and improve the reliability of the service
To communicate with business customers about their account

4. Sharing with third parties

MANGO relies on infrastructure providers to operate, including the WhatsApp Business Platform (Meta) to send and receive messages, and Google Calendar to check and update appointments. These providers process data only as needed to deliver the service, under their own terms.

We do not sell personal information to third parties.

5. Data retention

Information is retained for as long as needed to provide the service to a business customer, and to meet reasonable business, accounting or legal record-keeping needs. Businesses can request deletion of their account data at any time.

6. Your rights

If you're located in the European Union, you have rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), including the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data, and the right to object to or restrict certain processing. 7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information handled by MANGO. No system is completely secure, and we work to keep our practices current as the product evolves.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as MANGO's features and integrations change. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
